TAZIJ SHAWARMA AND PIZZA

February 2024Nothing says love like a delicious chicken shawarma sandwich on Valentine's Day. We also ordered a Greek salad, falafel sandwich, chicken & beef samosas. The tangy sauce for dipping the samosas was great. Everything was simply delicous. We called in our order and it was ready in 10 mins. Support local, family-owned businesses. Delicious shawarma and incredible customer service. The owner checked in with us during our meal to make sure we were enjoying the food and even offered to make any alterations. The lady who took our order was also incredibly kind. They clearly care about their customers and want to offer a great experience. I would be back in a heartbeat if I lived nearby.

Newly opened Restaurant and Takeway, I wandered in with a friend on a Sunday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly owner and incredible aroma of baking pizza and Shawarma. We ordered a pizza for take out and shawarma to eat in. The Pizza crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The marinara and pesto were packed with flavor, and the mozarella had a great consistency and very little oil. Shawarma was really tasty, generous portion and price are reasonable, actually cheaper then other place. Very clean place and owner was friendly. It’s also have lots of Bangladeshi snacks and sweets which are delicious as we tried each one of the items. Recommend and will definitely plan a next visit soon.

This is currently my favorite shawarma plate and probably the best quality beef in the city. You can get it with rice or fries and the first time I asked for both to see which was best. Wow the rice pilaf is amazing! The plate I've posted here is chicken/beef, the chicken shawarma was really good as well and the beef samosas were decent but I will be a regular for that plate.

The Chicken platter is the best in the city. The portions are great. You can tell the owner puts in a lot of work for the presentation and taste of the food with all the ingredients. You can pick fries or rice, I usually pick Fries. If you want to support an amazing local restaurant try out Tajiz Shawarma and Pizza. You won’t regret it.

I ordered the chicken shawarma dinner with rice and roasted potatoes. The preparation of the plate from the man behind the counter was filled with TLC. I could see that he had such care for this food and wanted to make a great meal! The food did not disappoint, and everything on my plate tasted amazing! I asked for my food to stay and he served me at my table too. It was my 1st time here, and I was just passing by, but I would certainly recommend the food! Thanks
